Use them for a month. If your shoes do not smell better and hold their shape better, send them back and we refund the purchase price.
This sits on top of your statutory rights, it does not replace them.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To withdraw, contact us with your order number. You can use the standard EU withdrawal form, but any clear statement is enough.
Condition
Trees that have been used in shoes are still returnable, that is the point of the 30-day offer. Please do not sand them, oil them, or return them wet.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return, or of you proving you sent it, whichever is sooner. We refund the product price and the standard outbound shipping cost.
Return shipping
For a statutory withdrawal, you cover return postage. For anything faulty, damaged or wrongly sent, we cover it and you should not be out of pocket. Get in touch before sending anything back so we can give you the right address.
