You have 14 days to change your mind
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. That period starts on the day after you, or someone you nominated, took physical possession of the goods.
If you tell us within those 14 days that you wish to withdraw, you then have a further 14 days to send the product back.
How to notify us
Send us an unambiguous statement through the contact page, or use the model form at the bottom of this page. The form is not compulsory: an ordinary email stating that you withdraw is enough.
Refunds
We refund everything you paid, including the standard cost of the outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, we refund the standard rate. We use the same means of payment you paid with, unless you agree otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent it back.
Cost of returning the goods
[Fill in who bears the cost of return. The law allows you to pass it on to the customer, provided you state this clearly before the purchase. If you do not, you bear it yourself.]
During the withdrawal period
You may unpack the product and inspect it as you would in a shop. If you use it beyond that, we may charge you for any diminished value. Keep the original packaging and accessories, as that makes returning it easier.
