Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands.
Cost
Free shipping on orders over €50. Below that, standard shipping is charged at checkout and the exact amount is shown before you pay.
Timing
Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day. After that, the next working day. We do not dispatch at weekends or on public holidays.
Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:
- Netherlands and Belgium: 1 to 2 working days
- Germany, France, Luxembourg: 2 to 3 working days
- Rest of the EU: 3 to 6 working days
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods and customs handling can add time.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. If the link shows nothing for the first few hours, that is normal.
Something went wrong
If your parcel is late, damaged or has not arrived, contact us and we will sort it out. Please do not wait weeks before telling us, since carrier claims have time limits.
